Job Purpose

The Automation Tester is responsible to conduct efficient and effective automated testing of new and customised software applications this includes, change requests and strategic projects aligned to business requirements.

Key Dials

• Perform effective and efficient automated testing of new and customised software, to ensure successful deployment.
• Adhere to all IT Governance Frameworks including policies, procedures, processes and standards.
• Perform project related tasks and conduct functional, system, integration and/or regression testing activities within project timelines, as required.

• Ensure that reporting is produced in a timely manner and aligned to the agreed communications plan for all relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 year IT related degree (mandatory)
• Certified/Trained Agile Methodologies (advantageous)
• Certified/Trained Automation testing (Mandatory)
• ISTQB Advanced Level - Organisational or Technical (mandatory)
• ISTQB Expert Level - Test Management (advantageous)

Skills

• 4+ years Testing / QA experience (maintaining test environments, prepare test cases, test execution and production release management)
• Proven work experience as Quality Assurance Analyst for more than 5 years.
• Experience in automation testing and debugging new software or providing complex enhancements to existing software different application platform
• Experience in analysis, evaluation,solutions and industry standards using automation testing tools.
• Working with business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
• Ability to troubleshoot, understand business processes and find solutions
• Ability to meet deliverable in multiple projects
• Well versed in tools like Selenium/Katalon/Cucumber etc.
• Can conduct Load testing using Jmeter or any other tool.
• Certified/Trained through reputed Institute for ISTQB/Automated Testing.
• Motivated to learn and grow in role.

• Proficient in developing test Scenarios and test cases.
• Proficient in appropriate tooling to capture test cases like HP QC/Jira etc.
• Familiar with Agile methodology and testing using Jira framework.
• Proficient in load testing.

We are looking for experienced Senior Test Analysts in the Mobile Telecommunications field, must have Mobile BSS and OSS testing experience, this is ESSENTIAL!!

What we are looking for:

We are looking for experienced STA's with a proven track record in Mobile Telecommunication System Integration, Products & Services Testing, that would be responsible for Quality Assurance/ Testing in the Mobile Area, Applications & Services (CAS) domains. The experienced STA would be required to test all Products, Services & Systems/ Network Elements that are launched/ implemented/deployed by the Mobile Core team. That includes performing the necessary Regression Testing and Post Implementation Checks (PIC) to ensure that no changes negatively impact existing Products/Services/Systems and that newly introduced

Qualifications:

• IT Degree or Diploma
• Testing Certifications (ISTQB)
• At least 5 years experience in Mobile Telecommunications testing
